This study to following the descriptive analytical, methodological approach and theory which had done by five pioneer Arabic scholars such as:Bishr bin Al mutamir, Al farabi, Jamaa, al ikhwaan alsafa,Alghzali, and Ibni Al khaldun.The study has been adopted the descriptive and analytically methods to investigate and interpretation of learning and principal used by some pioneer Arab scholar.The method which adopted by the researcher appropriate to deal with the principal, and classification.The study aims at understanding the factors which effected acquisition of language and learning.The study used six indicators to evaluate the effect of acquisition of learning to analysis their opinions of learning.

The six indicators are natural part such as: natural bower, innateness, genetic, aptitudes.

The principal of knowledge for instance, imagination, thinking, understanding, guessing, mentally and intelligence.The principal of social environment is the medium which the learning take please to develop skills such as listening, watching ,understanding and interaction.Self learning: for example practicing, preparing and repeating for using language.

The objectives of language learning to find out language structure, and ability of using the language properly understanding and performance.Teaching of the language considered as the part of acquisition language.In order to achieve the above objectives, the researcher reviewed the opinions of the pioneer Arabic scholars based on descriptive and analytical approaches for the classification and analysis.

Therefore, the learning,components of psychologically, behavior,psychological innateness, cognitive, and the language developing the attitudes and behavior.

The results of this study revealed that the pioneer scholars believing of the principal of learning language and acquisition which are the whole similar to the principal of psychologically acquisition mentality, environmentally and basic principal.

Moreover, the sciences of language focusing on principal of learning as a whole as long as the modern theories of the learning.Furthermore, the study showed that the component of the language and mental power are differences from the pioneer scholar as the component produce from the principal in order to become attitude, behavior, and knowledgeshould be follow the rule of human acquisition.Finally, the study showed that opinions and ideas old to those pioneer scholar.Accordingly, they believe that the language is attitude, behavior, components, cognitive and this component acquisition is different from language component as well as mentalpower as it is innateness of acquisition language component.
