this study aims to know the relationship between, the administration at private clinics and, the quality of health services provided.

Since is very wide research community, we chose a sample study, which is the Grand clinic mezdaouet in khenchela .

where this study was applied to determine the role of administration in this clinic, and their relationship to the quality of health services, we formulate hypotheses include the study variables are functions of management and total quality management principles to see this relationship, applying, descriptive, analytical, comprehensive sample survey approach.

Either the tools used in the study, we relied pon observation and interview with officials of the clinic, and the distribution of the questionnaire to all employees.

Then dumping, the data and scheduling, and analyzed by the statistical package for Social Sciences programme SPSS.

We have reached a positive outcome for the Administration application in the clinic, the principles, of total quality management, senior management commitment, customer focus, making decisions based on information, teamwork and team-building, focusing on the quality of operations, and continuous improvement.

This enabled us to answer the main question, which is the relationship between the administration at private clinics and, the quality of health services provided.
