Since their appearance ,central banks aspirate through their monetary policy to achieve a set of important economic goals such as economic growth and price stability.

But many problems and obstacles made this situation difficult for them to achieve these goals, and perhaps the most important of these problems, is the government interference in the powers and it trying to control their decisions.As a result , a lot of economists grant independence to these banks from the government in making decisions and setting a monetary policy, which should be on a purely economic basis, this ensures its effectiveness and achieve the underlined objectives Through this research, we will look at the role of the Central Bank ‘s independance in achieving the effectiveness of monetary policy.
