We will try in this article to describe and study the electoral process as a social phenomenon is produced through the interaction between the main actors in this process as voters, parties and programs by describing and analyzing their speeches and their perceptions for the election and of its benifits and what is expected by this behaior and for this we will discuss each actor individually so we can know the specificity of each and every one and inorder to realize a clear study we will analyze the parliamentary elections in 2012 in an attempt to find out how the interaction of each one of them,so we introduced a range of questions which are as follows : -What are the social characteristics and specifications of all actors in the electoral process of 2012 legislative ? -did the actors’ view to the feasibility and usefulness of the electoral process in improving the social and politicallife changed ?
