Standard Arabic remains the dominant legitimate language in the Arab world ،and local dialects remain coexisting with it as being an expressive medium that is impossible to reject for its necessity in all linguistic uses.

The specificities of a dialect are framed by time and place and it needs ،in the light of recorded developments in linguistic studies ،to win attention so as to clarify its relationship with standard Arabic and display its origins related Arabic language and its ancient dialects ،and keep up with its development following IBN KHALDOUN in the study of the particularities of the Arab tongue of his era which resulted from a different social and historical context.
