The development on its various forms is based on a fundamental pillar which is employing the active workforce which is looking for a job.

On this basis, the Algerian state provide jobs more particularly for young people, by adopt effective operational policy to carry out of the phenomenon of unemployment on one hand and contribute to push forward the national development on the other hand.

On this basis , the concerned ministries by employment involved the active workforce by incorporating policies in order to support and to assist the young people to get jobs or creating small enterprises.

Among these mechanisms : National Agency for supporting youth employment and the National Agency for conducting the mini-loan and the National Insurance Fund loan on unemployment ...

etc.

Reality has proven the success of these systems to alleviate unemployment and provide jobs opportunities for young people
