Le management par la qualite totale et l’innovation : quel impact sur la performance organisationnelle ? : cas des entreprises agroalimentaires du port d’Agadir

Il est communément admis que la mise en oeuvre du management par la qualité totale (TQM) est un facteur fondamental pour le succès à long terme d’une organisation.

De même, la capacité à innover est aujourd’hui un facteur central de survie et de croissance d’une entreprise.

Le TQM ainsi que l’innovation sont alors considérés aujourd’hui comme des ingrédients susceptibles de maintenir et d’améliorer la performance des entreprises.

C’est dans ce sens que s’inscrit l’objectif de cette recherche, il s’agit d’étudier les interrelations possibles et complémentaires entre le TQM et l’innovation et d’analyser leurs effets sur la performance de l’entreprise.

Pour cela, un modèle conceptuel et des hypothèses de recherche basés en grande partie sur des théories existantes sont proposés et seront testés dans un contexte agroalimentaire dans le port d’Agadir.

Abstract: It is collectively admitted that the implementation of the management by the total quality (TQM) is a fundamental factor for the long-term success of an organization.

Also, the capacity to be innovated is a central factor of survival and growth of a company today.

The TQM as well as the innovation are then considered today as ingredients susceptible to maintain and to improve the performance of companies.

It is in this sense that joins the objective of this research; it is a question of studying the possible and complementary interrelations between the TQM and the innovation and of analyzing their effects on the performance of the company.

For that purpose, an abstract model and hypotheses of search based largely on existing theories are proposed and will be tested in an agri-food context in the port of Agadir.
