The present study investigates the entrepreneurial spirit and intention of engineering students of ENSA Agadir.
Data were empirically gathered among 4th year engineering students using 197 datasets survey of which 95 valid entries (48 %) were collected.
In order to understand the entrepreneurial intention of students, regarding the possibility of initiating their project idea, we began by asking the following questions: How many students in the engineering school: ENSA have the entrepreneurial spirit? Are they ready to create their own business? Surveyed students intend in a strong proportion of (84.2%) to create certainly (38.9%) or probably (45.3%) their own business.
Nevertheless, the entrepreneurial intention does not necessarily imply business action or initiation.
Inevitably intention does not certainly mean conducting business.
الملخص FRE
Ce papier vise à mettre en évidence la fibre entrepreneuriale des élèves ingénieurs de l’ENSA Agadir et leur intention d’entreprendre.
Pour ce faire, nous avons mené une enquête auprès de 197 élèves ingénieurs de la 4ème année et nous avons récupéré 95 réponses.
Aussi, pour mesurer les intentions des répondants sur l'éventualité de devenir entrepreneur, nous sommes partis de la question : Combien parmi les élèves ingénieurs de l’ENSA ont la fibre entrepreneuriale? Sont-ils prêts à entreprendre? D’après les résultats de l’étude, il est clair que les répondants ont l'intention dans une forte proportion (84,2 %) de démarrer (certainement (38,9 %) ou probablement (45,3 %)) une entreprise ou de travailler à leur compte.
Cependant, l’intention entrepreneuriale ne doit pas être confondue avec l’acte entrepreneurial.
L’intention ne signifie pas forcément la création d’entreprise.
