Abstract The research examines the geo-political analysis of the future of China's role in the global system, in the light of the theory ( Power Transition ) , And which is based on the possibility of a shift in the international system hierarchy when approaching a power level of parity between the two superpowers ( the United States of America , and China ) , It becomes at that moment the possibility of collision Ward and then the results of this clash will produce a new international system sits at the helm of a new dominant state (China), and around other minor forces differ in terms of Power level .

The study also dealt with the theory (the horizontal pressure) for the interpretation of the competition between the United States and China to control the oil resources in the world as one of the factors expected to clash between the two countries.
