الملخص EN
The study aims at determining the relation and the effect of the total population on public expenditures in all of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco during the period 2000/2015 through the application of Panel models.
The study concluded that the two series of public expenditures and total population in the first differences were stabilized using the experimental tests ADP and PP .
It proved the existance of a camplemen tary relation ship which is comman in the lang term through KAO test.
The study found that the relationship between the two variables was economically, statistically acceptable, in addition to proving the existance of a relationship in the short term or what is known as error correction model, it is found that error correction coefficient negative and mora.
الملخص FRE
L'étude vise à déterminer la relation et l'impact de la population totale sur les dépenses generales en Algérie, en Tunisie et au Maroc au cours de la période 2000/2015 en appliquant les modèles PANEL , l'étude a révélé la stabilité des deux séries ; dépenses generales et population dans les premières différences en utilisant un test de stabilite ADP et PP et a confirme l'existence d'une relation de cointégration à long terme par le test Kao.
l'étude a également reveler l'adoption du modèle d'effets fixes pour déterminer la relation entre les deux variables qui a ete positif acceptable sur le plan économique statistique et standard en plus l etude prouve l'existence d'une relation à court terme, ou ce qui est connu comme une correction d'erreur, où le facteur de correction d'erreur est négatif eacceptable.
