British force when it entered in 1917 paid attention to it and tried to concentrate on developing municipal councils in Iraq in particular in Baghdad , hired some Iraqis who worked with the Ottomans .

Iraqi temporary government hastened at the last 1920 on connecting municipality with ministers board by overseeing on it .

The research mentioned municipal formations particularly its sections , departments and services that undertaken by , in addition to study its badget and incomes to accomplish its final shape.
