Digital content is one of the most important elements in the work of organizations in the age of knowledge economy.

It has imperative and to give sufficient attention to digital content and its proper utilization.

The success of organizations is linked to their capacity to build and publish digital content to meet the needs of academic staff and researchers in support of their distance learning programmes.

Despite this recognized role, the digital Arabic content suffers from many problems, the most significant of which is the structure and formatting of the content on the Internet like all the digital Arabic content itself.

This has pushed us to propose a vision fora portal for academic digital Arabic content to allow for its free dissemination on the Internet.

The primary objective of this study is to try to establish evidence thatportals are among the most important means to disseminate content on the Internet and is a viable solution to problems of digital Arabic content on the Internet.

To achieve these goals a descriptive analysis approach was used to analyze and then propose this method which is basically the result of reviewing the available literature and using our field experience.
