Research in ancient Arabic narrative heritage of the most important contemporary criticisms issues that occupied many critics, as they sought to restore Arab narrative's genres according to the Western approaches and analytical tools, and Said Yaktin and Ibrahim Abdellah among those critics who tried to re-read this Arab narrative heritage with a Western perspective to prove his text and literature and determine what it is and genres, so we seek through our article to highlight the most important criticisms principles adopted by Said Yaktin and Abdellah Ibrahim in his reading the textual structure of the popular biography as part of this ancient Arabic narrative heritage.
