This study dealt with intellectual capital and its role in achieving the competitive advantage Palestine Bank, through the availability of intellectual capital requirements with its three components (human, structural and relationships) at the Bank, and studying the relationship between the availability of these requirements and achieving the competitive advantage of the Bank.

The sample size of this study composed of all 60 employees of Palestine Bank.

The study showed several results, the most important of which are the availability of intellectual capital requirements at Palestine Bank, which led to the bank owning a distinguished intellectual capital, in addition to a high level of competitive advantage.

The study also showed that there is no significant difference in the role of intellectual capital components in achieving competitive advantage, however, human capital contributes more than other components to the competitive advantage of the bank.

Also,there were no statistically significant differences in the application of intellectual capital in Bank of Palestine due to the variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, age group).

The most important recommendation of this study is the need for the bank to deal with intellectual capital as a major and strategic resource among the various resources owned by the bank, maintain and develop it continuously, and emphasize its importance and role in the success of the company and achieving its competitive advantage.
