The theme of corruption is of major importance because it depends greatly on moral, social economic, political and media issues.
This communication leans on the idea that countries which have improved their ranking in the index of perception of corruption published in the annual reports of Transparency International (TI) are countries that have succeeded in the fight against corruption with effective programs that deserve attention especially from governments that actually want to stop this harmful phenomenon.
It presents the experiences of three countries namely Malaysia, Turkey and Morocco and attempts to draw some lessons from the anti- corruption programs that have proven effective through the knowledge of the conditions for success of prevention process and control

Le thème de corruption revêt une importance majeure car, il dépend étroitement d’enjeux politiques économiques sociaux moraux et médiatiques.
Cette communication s’accote sur l’idée que les pays ayant amélioré leur classement dans l’indice de perception de la corruption publié dans les rapports annuels de Transparency International (TI) sont des pays qui ont réussi à lutter contre la corruption avec des programmes efficaces qui méritent l’attention pour en tirer des enseignements notamment pour les gouvernements qui veulent réellement endiguer ce phénomène néfaste.
Elle présente les expériences de trois pays à savoir : la Malaisie, la Turquie et le Maroc et tente de tirer quelques leçons des programmes anti- corruption qui se sont avérés efficaces à travers la connaissance des conditions de réussite des organes de prévention et de lutte.
