The study aimed to investigate the knowledge level in Nano Technology and attitudes toward its applications for a sample of university students in Science/Education specialization.

The study showed the following results: Regarding the level of knowledge in nanotechnology field, it was (52%), which is low.

It was noted that there are significant differences at (α≥0.05) level between the average scores in Nano technology knowledge obtained by Al-Azhar and Alqsa students (Science/Education).

The result was in the favor of Al-Azhar students.

Also, there are significant differences between the average scores in knowledge test obtained by students at the Islamic University and Al-Aqsa, and for the benefit of students of Islamic University.

Also, the study showed that the average scores on "Attitude Measure" toward nanotechnology applications was high.

It is 3.9 out of 5 for all universities.

There are no significant differences at (α≥0.05) level in the "attitudes towards nanotechnology" between the students in the three universities.

There was no statistically significant differences (α≥0.05) level between the average that came out of the current study and the accepted and the default average (3.5).

There is a good positive correlation between the level of knowledge in nanotechnology field and the attitude towards nanotechnology among Students of Science/Education in Gaza Universities.
