Since decades ago, Kuwait exercised the democratic experiment, particularly when the Council was established electing of the ؛egisiative council in 1938, and writing and declaring of the constitution.

These democratic practices associated with many difficulties, which opened the door to many constitutional and ^liamentary crises associated with every process of election in the country.

The problems of democracy in Kuwait continued to the present.

Consequently, this paper seeks to identify those problems and their causes as well as to ^alysis of the relationship between the governing political system and the Nation Council.

It also aims to discover the causes of distrust.

The paper also comes with many important findings and recommendations.
