The present study is concerned with Turkey and the military movements in Syria Against the provincial changes (1949-1954).

Turkey showed a positive view toward the military overthrows of governments in Syria hoping to find a new regime which supports” the middle East project.” The study falls into four sections preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion.

The first one deals with military changes of regime in Syria during 1949-1954, and the Turkish altitude to them changes and leaders who seized the rule in Syria .AlEskandrouna issue won a crucial factor in all of those changes and the yardstick by which The Turkish regime evaluated the new governing bodies in Syria.

The section covers Husny Al-zaeam movement in 30 March 1949 , Sami Al-Hanawi ,s and Al-Shieshkli’s.

The second section of this study deals with the effect of the Turkish attitude to the Zionist project and its effect on the Turkish – Syrian relationships.

The third section finally deals with the Turkish policy toward water sources and the manipulation of these sources in political issues
