Islamic Financial markets is one of the modern things, which came within the Muslim community requirements in this day and age, derives its basic provisions from the Quran and Sunnah and other sources of Islamic legislation.

This research paper examines the topic of efficiency in these markets, and its forms of internal and external efficiency, and what are compatible or not with efficiency in the traditional financial markets, and how can the foregoing provisions above to be support elements and to ensure that in order to achieve.

The efficiency of these Islamic financial markets allows it to grow, develop and compete with other financial markets which shown too many disruptions in this aspect.
