To obtain in time the strategic information necessary for the survival of the company in a context of increase and internationalization of information sources makes essential the strategic foresight, business intelligence has become an urgent necessity and inevitability by which the company puts itself in the anticipatory listening of its environment with the aim of consolidating the process of internal decision.

Through this study , We try to explain how business intelligence contributes to the decisionmaking process, and how to help decision-makers on this .
