The budget is an important state reform lever should reflect wider choice of public policy in employment education , security , housing .
It allows state officials to have better visibility to complete their missions and taxpayers to know where the money from their taxes .
the reform of public policies more focused these days on control of public spending in order to adapt to the new budget approach today is much more focused on results and that is what is lacking.
الملخص FRE
Le budget est un important levier de réforme de l’Etat qui devrait refléter les grands choix de la politique publique en matière d’emploi, d’éducation, de sécurité, de logement.
Il permet aux agents de l’État d’avoir une meilleure visibilité pour mener à bien leurs missions et aux contribuables de savoir à quoi sert l’argent de leurs impôts.
la réforme des politiques publiques plus axée de nos jours sur le contrôle de la dépense publique en vue de l’adapter à la nouvelle approche budgétaire d’aujourd’hui, est beaucoup plus plus axée sur les résultats et c’est ce qui fait défaut.
