is research aims to study the ways of the Symphonization of Jordanian popular melodies (Folklore) in the context of the Jordanian musical culture.

The Jordanian musical experience is still fresh.thus, the Jordanian musical works based adopt a new musical thought, mainly on the local melodies with European musical forms.

The research studies the basics of the Nationalism school,investigations the ways of Symphonization of the popular melodies.

it analyz one of the most important compositions ("Jordanian – Palestinian" Melodies - Folklore Music), by the Jordanian composer (Youssef Khasho), to expose the ways (techniques) used to move from popular melodies (Folklore) with traditional performance, and how it is accepable for Jordanian melodies to mix with the European musical forms while at the same time preserving it’s eastern identity, without ignoring what the Symphonization may force, such as some changes which can touch modes, “Maqam”..
