Work is not considered as the main target of human activity, it is also one of his principal daily life’s preoccupation bacause it gives both of people and organisation a large and unexpected opportunities.

In fact, it assures to everyone a full success and a perpetual continuity, so that he can reach his goals, Each one of us has to be identified to his job to concretisize his human dimension and his social status and integration.

As far as the organisation is concerned, work contributes to the establishment of it’s savoir-faire culture, through many original reasons such as success, growth development and competition, so what are the adequate criteria to evaluate work’s values and what is the commitment’s impact regarding these values and how to apply the mecanism’s values on our job’s life.

The answer to these issues can define the whole network’s concepts in order to improve this debate based on work, work’s values and commitment.
