This paper deals with the implications and effects of support policies offered by the Algerian government on small and medium enterprises, as they are eating the most important devoted to the promotion and development of this type of institutional bodies, and through the availability of financial assistance or technical next Youth on investment through the establishment of a small institution or medium, it is through this paper we reached that, despite the large support policies given by the government through the bodies dedicated to this and what they provide financial incentives and fiscal technical assistance but that did not significantly contribute to the further spread and development of small and medium enterprises, both in terms of numbers or In terms of geographic distribution to home areas.
