The step of choosing the future profession is considered as the most important turning point in one’s life, because at that point one starts achieving his professional aims in carrying out his life in general, which confirms the importance and the seriousness of such a choice as well as its impact on the equilibrium of his person and in the construction of himself.

The present research aims to discover the contribution of the family factors in the determination of the professional (vocational) choices (of the pupils of second year secondary education according to the study of their opinions), to the knowing importance of the economic factor of the family, jobs of the parents and the internal environment of the family, as well as knowing the impact of these family factors.

The work choice of the pupils and their relation with some personal factors such as: sex, study specialty, and the qualifications of parents.
