The purpose of the study is to measure urban concentration, and analyze the urban dominance phenomenon of Constantine.

Through the 2008’th ‘s RGPH.

In the light of findings of measuring urban concentration, the results of Lorenz graph , Gini index, concentration guide and URBINDEX, indicate that there is a large urban concentration in urban towns .

It means that concentration exists around the halls of DAIRAS and municipalities.

These results showed also that there is an urban dominance at the level of wilaya counted by the number of months of urban concentration measures, and there is a dominance of mother’s town which is « CONSTANTINE » over the following towns which are El Khroub, Hamma Bouziane, and Didouche Mourad.

It should be noted that these last towns may be great and large towns in the future and that « Browning et Gibbs» method for redistributing urban inhabitance had been addressed.
