الملخص EN
Our theme focuses on the study of the financing of infrastructure projects by the method of Build-Operate-Transfer system (BOT), which is one of the most important methods of private sector participation in the creation, updating and management of infrastructure projects.
The study concludes that the private and public sector participation method in the (BOT) contract system is a necessary investment model for reducing public spending and government borrowing, improving management efficiency, reducing costs, accelerating the adaptation of new technologies, and overcoming the problems of implementation of infrastructure projects
الملخص FRE
Notre recherche porte sur le financement des projets d'infrastructure par la méthode du système de construction-exploitation-transfert (B.O.T), considérée comme l'une des méthodes les plus manifestes de la participation du secteur privé dans la création, le développement et la gestion des projets d'infrastructure.
L'étude conclut que la méthode de la participation du secteur privé et public dans le système (BOT) est un modèle d'investissement primordial pour: la réduction des dépenses publiques et les emprunts du gouvernement, l’amélioration de l'efficacité de la gestion, la réduction des coûts, l’accélération de l’adaptation aux nouvelles technologies, et le dépassement des problèmes de réalisation des projets d'infrastructures.
