القول بعدم إزالة أثر العبادة و أثره في الفقه الإسلامي

This research is talking about some jurists who said in the non-existence of removing the effect of adoration on Alfiqh affairs.

I studied many of Alfiqh branches in different kinds of adorations that showed “the saying of not removing the effect of adoration” in a clear way.

I dealt with branches in Purity, Prayer, Funeral, Fasting and Devotion, then I attained to many results.

The most important one was that “the saying of not removing the effect of adoration” wasn’t preferred in many affairs, because there were no indication on it, on the contrary, we had found many signs that were contrary to that.

Finally, I want to say that this saying was depended by Al Shafi’ee and Al Hanbali experts but Al Hanafi and Al Maliki experts did not say that, expect in the affair that related to the washing of martyr.
