This study analyzes both the theoretical aspect and practical reality of the parliamentary question within the Algerian constitution by studying the stages required in the process of asking the parliamentary question since it is basically regarded as one of the regulatory mechanisms which lie in the hands of the lagislature inorder to exert influence on the executive branch to force it to fix shortcomings and flaws in any aspect related to governemets sectors.

The present study focuses on the parliamentary question from a theoretcal frameworke which identifies the concept of the parliamentary question-its functions end division for which it stands, and a practical side which highlights the grounds, and rules, that should be adhered to when directing the parliamentary question, or from the member of the parliament, the inquirer,or from the member of the Government, the respondent.

At last, the study concludes by determining the effects and consequences using the aforementioned Control method
