This study aims at shedding light on The public service quality under the smart electronic government Dubai Government Experience, where ICT is one of the most distinguishing features of the modern world, which is a small village short distances and where individuals are very fast, More closely related to technology and digital knowledge, which is what the digital economy calls it.

The study was based on a case study by studying the experience of the Dubai Smart Government, which is the pioneer in this field in the Arab world, and tries to benefit from it in building an electronic system that contributes to the quality of Algerian public services.

The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Government of Dubai is committed to providing the highest quality of services to its employees and customers in order to achieve their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations; it also believes in the importance of involving various segments of the community in excellence efforts and quality of services; International standards in such shops.
