الملخص EN
The aim of strategic management is to ensure the competitiveness and security of the company.
It borrows to achieve strategic analysis of course, but also management.
So, both to survive in a competitive environment and to increase its market share, the Algerian company must implement a strategy, i.e.
a movement that must lead it, based on a diagnosis to an objective.
The fundamental objective of our article is: If the companies of the developed countries have succeeded in establishing their domination, it is thanks to the strategy.
الملخص FRE
La gestion stratégique a pour but d’assurer la compétitivité et la sécurité de l’entreprise.
Elle emprunte pour y parvenir à l’analyse stratégique bien sûr, mais aussi au management.
Aussi, à la fois pour survivre dans un environnement concurrentiel et pour accroitre ses parts de marché, l’entreprise algérienne doit mettre en oeuvre une stratégie, c'est-à-dire un mouvement qui doit la conduire, en se basant sur un diagnostic initial, à un objectif.
L’objectif fondamental de notre article est le suivant : Si les entreprises des pays développés ont réussi à asseoir leur domination, c’est grâce à la stratégie
