الملخص EN
This article retraces the Chinese presence in Algeria.
It refers to the dependence of the Algerian economy on oil revenues, which are fertile ground for the development and propagation of activities of a formal, semi-formal and clandestine character.
The observation of the different activities of Chinese nationals in the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou reveals the effects on the local economy of the Sino-Algerian networks involved in the informal activity.
الملخص FRE
L’article retrace la présence chinoise en Algérie.
Il évoque la dépendance de l’économie algérienne de la rente pétrolière qui constitue un terrain fertile au développement et à la propagation des activités à caractère formel, semi-formel et voir clandestin.
L’observation des différentes activités des ressortissants chinois dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou, révèle les effets sur l’économie locale des réseaux sino-algériens impliqués dans l’activité informelle.
