Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our sincere prophet and his family and companions.

The human self in Islam is belonging to Allah almighty and should live upon the Islamic law in comforting safe.

Its owner is not entitled to put it in danger, as in extremely wishing death or praying for it.

And shall not put heavy burden on it in the act of killing oneself as a salvation of anxiety or any other unlawful reasons.

Therefore, the knowledge of this matter fortifies the individual, the society and the whole Islamic nation.

In my research of the above mentioned title, thanks to Allah whom facilitate for me to shed light on the meaning of its provisions and conditions according to what had been decided by Islamic scholars and Islamic law of keeping the human self in comforting safe and concern for the happiness in the Hereafter.

Muslims plagued of such act must pass through four steps before get into the conclusion; step one; wishing death, step two: praying for it, step three: rushing death, step four: act of death.

These four serial steps, would harm the muslim society and lose a lot of its individuals and groups whom pass through them and it distorts the reputation of the people belonging to islam.

Quite few cases of wishing death has recently appeared against what the Islamic law ordered.

There have been many questions to scholars, preachers and students about the rule of wishing death and praying for it by many people whose suffering disease, poverty or captivity.

And it has reached the matter to rush death and doing it as in the act of committing suicide or bombing that result in the loss of many lives in some countries.

Research Importance: The importance of this research appears in the following matters:- 1- The fact that this issue is belong to the lives of individuals and the society and it can effects in a negative way especially if it became a phenomenon.

2- The statement of what is and what is not permissible, what deprived and hated and recommended in Islamic Fiqh.

3- Reducing and putting away all the reasons that cause oneself wishing death or pray for it and knowing how to get rid of them.

Research Problem: 1- Some people do not realize the dangerous the fact that wishing death or praying for it on the individual and the society led to bad psychological state and self-disrespect and the deterioration in the social fabric and moral disturbance.

Exaggeration may cause real death to some people.

2- Wishing death or pray for it often comes from people exhausted of life hardness such diseases, fear or poverty that he get rid of them by wishing death.

3- The narrow sight of some people to earthy life, and what is going to happened to them weaken their belief, make them to wish death.

Research Goals: 1- To show the carefulness of the Islamic law in keeping the self and declare hard punishment against whom waste it.

2- To state the regulations of wishing death and pray for it in the light of the heavenly laws.

3- To clarify what might happen to the muslim of hardship in this earthy life shall not make him think in a chronic way of wishing death, but he has to search for the cure according to what has been declared by Islamic Figh.
