In the recent years, the number of Economic Blocs in the world has proliferated, whether the nature was bilateral, regional, or Trans regionaland their number surpassed the 600 regionaleconomic agreements, according to the statistics of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2014.

On the other hand, the talk about the liberalization of international trade relations as one of the mainfeatures of Economic Globalization has increased too, under the multilateral institutions and organizations.However, this has created a big problematic, about the matching, or the opposing in the activity of Economic Blocs with the requirements of Economic Globalization, represented in the Rules of the World Trade Organization, as the most important tool of Globalization.

We tried by this article to solve this problematic in this article, and we reach the last to develop a sort of theoretical combination in order to understand the nature of the interaction between Regionalization and Globalization
