The study aimed to identify the Administrative skills and it is availability to those working in the fitness and health centers in the south of Jordan, compared with administrative skills and availability to those working in the fitness and health centers in the south of Jordan, from the point of view depending on the variable (sex, educational qualification, experience, salary), Use researchers descriptive approach his image survey, the study sample consisted of (70) subject (44 males 26 females) were selected in a manner comprehensive survey, the researchers prepared a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information related to the study consisting of (49) items within the following themes: the focus of planning , the focus of the organization, steering axis, the axis implementation, the focus of the calendar, and the results showed managerial skills in the fitness and health centers from the standpoint of working out in the fitness and health centers in the south came at the macro level is highly, as results showed no statistically significant differences when the level of significance (0.05≥α) the extent of administrative skills in the fitness and health centers from the perspective of workers depending on the variables of the study (sex, educational qualification, experience, salary), the researchers recommended the need for the continuation of the departments in the fitness centers in the south to provide modern and sophisticated equipment and provide qualified human resources and well-prepared, in order to attract customers and keep them through their needs.
