This study examined the impact of arabic syntax as in the Arab interpretation of the Koran, and the impact of the Koran in the emergence of arabic syntax , to show the relationship between them, and the need for interpretation of arabic syntax as such, and the need for attention to grammar.

The nature of the .descriptive study was required to deal with: the reasons for the development of arabic syntax and efforts as grammarians in the interpretation of the Koran and invoked in the development of Arabic grammar.

The study found a number of important results, including: that the Koran was the first motivation for the development of arabic grammar as such, fearing for their Koran of melody and distortion .and the arabi grammar helped people on the good reading of the Koran and understanding of true understanding, and that grammarians big their impact in Koranic studies explaining and to indicate vague and interpreted.
