الملخص EN
The right selection of cutting parameters is an effective method to increase production because of the direct relation between the production rate and cutting parameters in machining processes.
In this article, the productivity problem in the turning operations is solved by a nonlinear optimization method.
The optimization is done according to the different requirements in the process of roughing and finishing, the objective of our study is to propose an optimization strategy suitable for filming process, to achieve the optimum cutting conditions based on the criterion of chip flow
الملخص FRE
La bonne sélection des paramètres de coupe est une méthode efficace pour augmenter la production à cause de la relation directe entre le taux de production et les paramètres de coupe dans les processus d'usinage.
Dans cet article, le problème de productivité dans les opérations de chariotage est résolu par une méthode d'optimisation non linéaire.
L'optimisation se fait selon les différentes exigences dans le processus d'ébauche et de finition, l’objectif de notre étude est de proposer une stratégie d’optimisation adaptée au procédé de tournage, pour aboutir aux conditions optimales de coupe en se basant sur le critère du débit de copeaux
