This study aims at identifying the most important conceptual terms that make us confused what the term “evaluation” represents and to reveal the nature of the latter wiche is considered the essential pillar of the new educational system in algeria, since it evaluates all the educative learning process phases by examining how these underlined objectives get involved and the effectiveness of the learning activity depending on studies made up by attending the Arabic language sessions for fourth year middle classes in constautine so as to recognize stage and phases of oral and written evaluation and main characteristics for the resent method of evaluation, besides the willingness of the Arabic language techeres to maintain it dwing the lesson in class and for what extent pupils will respond with it.
