This paper discusses the concept and importance of the strategic review, application requirements and the steps involved in the application in the hotel industry.

The importance of this paper shows the role of strategic review in improving the strategic performance of the hotels, where they function for the safety of the implementation of the strategy laid down in advance and the need to be adjusted or changed if necessary.

The aim of this paper is to assess the actual practice of the strategic review in the hotel establishments and how to achieve the goals and mission of the hotels.

The authors followed in the preparation of this paper descriptive approach in the review of the literature and the analytical method in the analysis of information generated by a poll of views on this subject.

The study found a set of findings and recommendations, which are expected in the case of taking the lead to develop and improve strategic performance for the hotels in question.
