The parliamentary Interpellation is one of the tools the most dangerous of parliamentary control of the acts of the government, given that this tool, includes the indictment of the entire government or one of its members, as well the criticism of its policy ,and not only to obtain information from the Government, or a request for a general discussion of a particular topic to clarify its policy.This right, therefore, usually leads in most of the countries, with the exception of Algeria, to establish the political responsibility of the government
