The study aims to identify the exposure of adolescents to video games and its relationship to violence among them.

In addition, the study aims to identify the types of violence used in video games, and the positive and negative behaviors reflected through these games, through a content analysis of a number of six games related to wrestling, race cars, military and fighting battles games.

The researcher conducted a field study on a simple random sample of the 250 of adolescents in secondary schools in Egypt and Bahrain, by determining the patterns and habits of exposure to video games, and the motives of this exposure as well as to identify the impact of demographic factors on adolescent perception of reality reflected throughvideo games.The studyfoundmanyof the results, including: The scenes of violence presented in video games are: murder rate by rate 18.03%, by rate shooting up to 16.19%, beating by 15.57%, attacks on property by 14.55%, burglary and theft by 8.4%.

Distribution of the Exposure of adolescents to video games as follows: Exposure always by 61.60%, sometimes exposure by 28.80%, exposure rarely by 9.60%.

The study also revealed that there is a significant differences according to demographic variables " Gender and School", and perception of content realistic presented in the video games.
