Energy is considered as essential resources and uses in human life.

The use of the energy was used in the old time in a limited way to develop with the evolution of the economy and the expansion of human needs, the oil energy has appeared, and with the appearance of its disappearance and the obligation to find substitute , renewable energies were born which became very important in actual studies and researches to specialists and researchers, and occupies a very important place in the economic development and the sustainable development wich are expected to play a big and increasing role in the futur.

On the other hand, considering Algeria one of the oil countries, in front of the depletion of this substance, the instability of its prices, and its bad influance on nature , and on parallel with the world economic evolution has made Algeria to build national strategy in order to develop the renewable energies and to reach an acceptable level in producing that energy in the future.

From here, this research paper try to study and analyse the policy, and the evolution of producing and consumption of vibrant energy in Algeria, and study and analyse horizons about renewable energy's projects in Algeria prospected for 2030.
