There are several sources that ethics are based on in organizations, these sources are able to form ethical standards and principles which differ from one organization to another, and this highlights the important role of the organization culture that determines the workers shared concepts and the norms and values that characterize their organization from the others.

Furthermore, the organization's culture of ethical and moral substance constitutes a solid basis for the homogeneity and the unity of workers.

It is also found that the administrative decisions usually related closely to morality in cases where the manager uses the ethical principles and arbitrates his conscience in making administrative decisions.

In the light of the importance of ethical decisions, this paper comes to shed lights on two important and complementary elements of decision-making ethics, and organizational culture, and it high lights the role of organizational culture in achieving compliance making ethical decisions.

The study was performed on three organizations of the group Ben Hamadi which are: Condor, Gipate, Polyben
