In this study, we talk about the role of Imam Aflah ibn Abd al-Wahab (211-240 AH/826- 854 AD), in the activity of the scientific movement in the Rostamid State, and in which Tihert has seen under his rule a scientific renaissance that was never known by the East Maghreb, where it became an important center of culture in the Islamic Maghreb as the science of doctrine and interpretation, theology and other science were discussed, also the large number of centers and scientific councils that supporte dit all and contained the students who flocked from various countries, and gave them the freedom to be active, what led to an effective contribution to the diversity of science, and we will try in this research to highlight the factors of this scientific movement in hi era, and the most imprtant educational center in that period, and the impact on the diversity of doctrines in the scientific movement in Tihert
