Many studies referred to the existence of many problems in human rights education of Egyptian children as spread of domination climate in society, separation between school and society and institutions working in Human rights, the absence of qualified teacher, the absence of clear vision, the lack clarity of concepts, the lack of budgets for implementing education programs and preparing educational material for H.R.

Education culture and the imbalance between the local and global dimensions of H.R.E.

Thus, the present study attempted through using the descriptive method to analyze human rights education, its dimensions, contexts and its goals and to analyze the reality of Human rights education of Egyptian children and to analyze the global efforts in human rights education.

This study reached suggested vision of Human rights education for Egyptian child depending on in building human rights culture in Egyptian society, activating the role of ministry of Education, developing school environment, curricula, methods of teaching, activities and to develop programs of preparing teachers.
