Pour être au diapason de l’économie moderne, la crédibilité d’une entité passe par la maitrise des technologies et des sciences.
Ce qui renforce la conviction que le Savoir, le Savoir- Faire et le Savoir-Etre nécessitent pour les managers un gros investissement en matière de formation ainsi que leur prise en charge par des moyens appropriés afin de maintenir un potentiel de compétences à la mesure des défis actuels.
Aussi, ce présent article étudie, tant sur le plan théorique que sur le plan d’investigation auprès de la banque AGB, comment le système de Formation est il géré au niveau de celle-ci ?
