The subject of financial and administrative corruption aroused the interest of many experts in the economic, administrative and law sciences, as a complex phenomenon affect the capabilities of the country and disrupt combat mechanisms, as there is no in any society a real absence of corruption, but the issue that concern the society, actually, is not exactly the existence of a certain amount of corruption in our transactions daily, but its size and breadth of his phenomena and its spread, which threatens the process of development and the future of societies, and perhaps as revealed the facts of financial and administrative co rruption issues and their impact on economic performance in recent years in many countries (including Algeria), this shows how corruption has penetrated the values and practice in all aspects of economic and political life, and effect on social aspects.

In this endeavour, this paper trying to highlight this phenomenon, which affect the capabilities of the country and stand in front of of any development at, through the effective detection of anti-corruption mechanisms and monitoring results in Algeria.
