Corporate social responsibility becomes more important for corporate survival, at the same time the manpow»-represents the most valuable ass^res-ource that creates value for modem firms, the presoit stud>' attempts to investigate modeling the lelaticHiship between Coiporale Social Responsibility (CSR) pim^tices and overall «nploy-ee satisfaction which represents a compound mental process.

The authors examined the impact of five dimensions of Social Accountability Standards (SA-8000) practices on ^ployee sads&c-tion: Health and safety, unions and bargaining ri^t, discrimination, work life balance and sufficif-nt wage.

As CSR is a social concept, ca>e study was used to involve and understand the concept action, and date gathered through a survey.

A proposed model was tested on a sample of 199 ^ployees, that represents 49% response rate, within an Egyptian firm thM is operating within the textile industry.

Resiiiu» showed that all internal CSR dimensions are significantly and positively related to satisfaction.

In addition, the findings of the present study provide evidence to sug^st a model can be developed to enhance satis&ction based on CSR practices.

Limitations of dse study, directions for future research, and implications of the findings are hi^ligjited.
