القيم التنظيمية و أثرها على الأداء : دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من الموظفيين الإداريين بجامعة الجلفة

This study aims to determine the impact of organizational values on the performance of administrators at the University of Djelfa employees and see how workers in response to a system imposed on their organizational values, and to achieve the objectives of this study was used a model designed questionnaire by "Francis and Woodcock," with some modifications in order to serve the subject and distributed this resolution on a sample of 100 workers and has been restored to identify any 77 accounted for 77% and underwent whole for statistical analysis using SPSS.

The study also found the following findings that there is the influence of the independent variables (organizational values: administration, functions, relationships, environment) on the dependent variable relationship (performance), as this study recommended attention to the human element, by building a model of values serves the worker and the organization, as well as religious faith development through uphold Islamic values and guide the behavior of workers, the development of the scale of values fits the culture of the Algerian organization and work to implement it.
