The glob today is passing through very difficult states imposed to it by political, economical, social, technical, and military circumstances, the matter that led to widen its problems to become crisis that through their shadows on societies, individuals, and the organization in their different kinds and made our today world live in dilemmas.

The matter that needs from the organization face them for solutions to protect their existence and continuance, and that made the managements of the organizations in continuous seeking to find ways, scientific procedures, and super skills to stand in the face of such crisis, one of these tools was the public relation management as it consider the specialized management responsible for crisis management and made it follow practical and scientific procedures and by use of special skills in dealing with such crisis in high activity for solving and preventing their traces spread as protection for the organizations and their political, economical and social posts, where the matter need the use of a group of procedures to handle crisis starting of detecting to the treatment and compensate their effects.
